Motorola seems to be in Great mood and seems not in mood to take rest & enjoy the success of MOTO G in India, because the company has announced another smartphone, the MOTO X which will be coming soon in India.
Motorola’s official confirmed the news on Twitter. But company has not announced the date of launch, also not informed regarding the price of MOTO X for Indian market till now.
However, the smartphone is available in US market only which was launched in August last year.
MOTO X runs on Android 4.3, which was later updated by rolling out Android 4.4 in November, by Motorola.
Moto X has a 4.7-inch display (720×1280 pixels),
1.7GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor,
16GB storage (non-expandable),
10MP rear camera with an an LED flash and a 2MP front camera.
Moto X comes with extremely cool designs and company is planning to launch it with woorden panel option. Moto X will be priced under Rupees 25000/-, which is a good price and a strong contendor in the mid-range category of smartphones.
And will be available for Indian customers from 19th March.
Chinese smartphone company Gionee is all set to launch its slimmest smartphone in 2 countries in March2014. The Gionee Elife S5.5, the 5.5mm thick smartphone which was unveiled at the Mobile World Congress event in Barcelona ‘14.
First the smartphone will be launched in China on 18th March ‘14. And then it will be launched in India on 31 March ‘14. At MWC the company made an announcement that the device will head over to 40 more countries soon after its initial launch. Gionee also promises the consumers that they will also get a 4G LTE variant of the smartphone till June ‘14.

The Gionee Elife S5.5 (3G variant) is priced at CNY 2,299 (roughly $374 or Rupees 23,000/-) in China. Actual pricing and availability of the smartphone in India will be declared on the phone’s launch on 31st March ‘14.
The Elife S5.5 weighs 130 grams, and at just 5.5mm thickness. Company claims that the Gionee Elife S5.5 is the slimmest smartphone in the world.
